How we handle your data.
This notice covers the Telara website. It is short because the website collects very little. Plain English throughout; if anything is unclear, email us and a person will answer.
Only what you give us.
If you book a demo, we collect what the form asks for: your name, work email, company, role, an approximate subscriber range, your challenge question if you choose to leave one, and your preferred meeting time. Like almost every website, our server also keeps standard access logs, which include your IP address.
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, whose servers see your IP address when the page loads.
To arrange your demo. That’s it.
We use your booking details solely to arrange and follow up the demo you asked for, on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We don’t add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or share your details with anyone else.
On our own server, in the EU.
Bookings are stored on our own server, hosted in the European Union. Booking confirmation emails are sent through Resend, our email processor, which handles your name and email address for that purpose only.
Ask, and it’s answered.
We keep booking details only while they’re relevant to the conversation they started. Email contact@telara.co.uk at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — a person will do it, promptly.
